Uli Lächelt

Uli Lächelt’s work explores movement in depth.

He examines both the movement of the human body and movement in a broader sense: emotions, nature, perspectives, and situations are depicted either in the moment or in their continuity.

Different worlds appear in his work, but they always share one common element: energy and movement define life and our nature, and physical boundaries can seemingly be dissolved.

Uli Lächelt rarely uses the same palette twice; his colors are continually remixed. What unites all his works is the long or short brushstroke, the energetic line.
